Every member of LD&D serves a critical role in the development process, with the team comprising of experts in real estate private equity, acquisitions, financing, development, brokerage, construction, and project management.

Diego Bonet

Managing Partner

Diego is responsible for analyzing and structuring LD&D’s investments and overseeing all asset management activities for LD&D’s portfolio.

Alejandro Bonet

Managing Partner

Alejandro co-founded LD&D in 2008 and has since overseen day-to-day operations, business development, and strategic partnerships.

Dylan Margolin

Vice President of Investments

Dylan is responsible for identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities as well as all financing-related aspects of ongoing development projects.

Zoey Angulo

Managing Director of Development

Zoey’s responsibilities include overseeing ongoing development and value-add projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and building out the group’s project management platform.

Paul Hess

Vice President of Development

Paul manages the development process of real estate projects from conception through completion. He works closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to achieve the project’s goals.

Laura Zapata

Senior Development Associate

Laura is responsible for analyzing projects from the pre-development stage through to final delivery, focusing on the evaluation and coordination of design across all stages of development.

Accounting Controller

Rafael manages all accounting related processes at LD&D, including preparing financial statements and overseeing all development draw-related processes.

Robby oversees the day-to-day accounting functions for real estate projects and corporate operations.
