Zoey Angulo

Managing Director of Development

Zoey’s responsibilities include overseeing ongoing development and value-add projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and building out the group's project management platform.

Prior to joining LD&D, Zoey worked as a Senior Project Manager at Foundry Commercial, where he oversaw large-scale commercial industrial build-to-suit projects ranging from MIA1, Miami’s first Amazon's fulfillment center, to New Era Co's national manufacturing facility. Prior to Foundry, Zoey worked for structural engineering firms Thornton Tomasetti and NV5, where he analyzed existing buildings and developed repair protocols to renew their facades and structures.

Zoey is a registered EI and registered GC in the State of Florida. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Certificate of Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, where he notably served as captain of the Division I Baseball team.
