Paul Hess

Vice President of Development

Paul manages the development process of real estate projects from conception through completion. He works closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to achieve the project’s goals.

Paul Hess has been a Real Estate professional for his entire career. Upon moving to Miami from NYC in 2023, Paul worked for OKO Group, providing institutional development expertise and background acquired from previous roles. Before joining OKO, he had served as Development Manager at Quarterra Group, Lennar’s multifamily development subsidiary, for 5 years where his responsibilities spanned sourcing and identifying new opportunities, entitlements and predevelopment, and then overseeing projects through stabilization. Prior to Quarterra, Paul worked for the premier urban Real Estate developer, Crescent Heights.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration for Real Estate from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He is an active member of ULI and was also featured in Real Estate Weekly as a ‘Rising Star’ of 2019.
