Senior Development Associate

Laura is responsible for analyzing projects from the pre-development stage through to final delivery, focusing on the evaluation and coordination of design across all stages of development. Her role involves conducting thorough plan reviews and coordinating project finishes to achieve outstanding design outcomes aligned with LD&D's design standards and budget requirements

Before joining LD&D, Laura served as a Project Manager at the renowned architecture firm Daniel Bonilla in Colombia, where she gained extensive experience managing projects from inception to completion.

Laura holds a Master of Real Estate and Urbanism from the University of Miami, complementing her Bachelor of Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia.
