LD&D has collaborated with numerous luxury condominium developers, often serving as the preferred contractor and designer for customization offerings. By providing bespoke buildouts and upgrade options, LD&D has significantly elevated the new construction process for both developers and buyers alike.

Most recently, the firm has been commissioned to serve as the exclusive contractor and designer for the 647-unit luxury development, Aria Reserve. LD&D has previously provided similar services for Paramount World Center, Aria on the Bay, Bayhouse, Cassa Brickell, the Bond, and One Bay Residences. Beyond, LD&D has been the primary interior designer for numerous new-construction and existing commercial projects, ranging from lobby renovations to entire mixed-use developments.
